Leo's Casino at 7500 Euclid Avenue was one of Cleveland's premier R&B and soul venues from 1963 to 1972, drawing national touring acts to the East Side including Hosted icons including Marvin Gaye, John Coltrane, The Temptations, Smokey Robinson, Aretha Franklin, and Stevie Wonder. Otis Redding played his last-ever concert here on December 9, 1967, before dying in a plane crash the next day.
