Refund policy

Dead Session gear is made to order, which means we don’t keep extra stock lying around in a warehouse somewhere—and we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before hitting checkout. If you're unsure about anything, hit us up before ordering—we’ll help you find the right fit.

🔥 We can help if:

  • Your order showed up damaged, defective, or wrong
  • You contact us within 30 days of your order
  • The item is unused and in the original condition

Email us at support@deadsessionapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we'll get you a replacement or refund—your call.

🚫 We can’t help if:

  • You ordered the wrong size and didn’t reach out before buying
  • It’s been more than 30 days since your order
  • You typed in the wrong shipping address and the package got lost
  • Your item arrived and you just changed your mind

📦 Address Mistakes Happen…

If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • If it was our fault: we’ll reship it at no cost.
  • If it was your typo (missing apartment number, old address, etc.): we’ll ask you to cover the reship cost.

Moral of the story: triple-check your address before submitting.

⏳ Refund Timing

Once we’ve approved your refund, it’ll be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days, email us.
