Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. After it's shipped out, average delivery times are 2-5 business days, depending on your location. There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. If it's an international order, most packages arrive within 2-3 weeks, though it can take 4-6 weeks based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

Tracking updates can sometimes lag behind the actual package, so a few days without movement is usually nothing to worry about. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll take a look.

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip the bleach and keep the iron off the print.

Dead Session is an independent U.S.-based apparel brand. Our shirts are printed and shipped in the USA.

We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it's very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There's no guarantee that we'll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we'll try our best.

Our Classic Tees have a modern, true-to-size fit, while Comfort Colors tees have a heavier, more relaxed fit. Check the size guide on any product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, size up.

Colors might look a bit different depending on your screen settings. Since we print on soft cotton, the final result has a more natural, matte finish—not a glossy or neon look.

All Tribute Series designs are unofficial, fan-made tributes to music history. Dead Session Apparel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any rights holder associated with the venues, events, or eras depicted.

This is the worst part about DSA: Because each item is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help you pick the right fit.

We only offer refunds if there's an issue with your order.

Dead Session gear is made to order, which means we don't keep extra stock lying around in a warehouse somewhere—and we can't accept returns or exchanges unless your item shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before hitting checkout. If you're unsure about anything, hit us up before ordering—we'll help you find the right fit.

🔥 We can help if:

Your order showed up damaged, defective, or wrong
You contact us within 30 days of delivery
The issue wasn't caused by normal wear, washing outside the care instructions, or accidental damage.

Email us at support@deadsessionapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we'll get you a replacement or refund—your call.

🚫 We can't help if:

You ordered the wrong size and didn't reach out before buying
It's been more than 30 days since your order
You typed in the wrong shipping address and the package got lost
Your item arrived and you just changed your mind

⏳ Refund Timing

Once we've approved your refund, it'll be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days, email us.
