DESCRIPTION
The Lonestar was a legendary live music venue and bar located at 4117 Mill Street in Kansas City’s Westport district. Operating primarily through the late 1980s and 1990s, it served as a foundational hub for the city's all-original local rock, punk, and metal scenes.
